She entered the battery industry in 2006, rising to become Sales Director at a publicly listed battery manufacturer. During her tenure, she consistently ranked as the company's top sales performer, accumulating over RMB 300 million in total sales revenue — a record built entirely on long-term client relationships and deep technical understanding of industrial battery applications.

In 2017, Amanda founded AJ Power Co. Ltd., bringing her industry expertise, global network, and relentless customer-first philosophy into her own enterprise.

Amanda brings over 18 years of battery industry experience across sales leadership, product development, and international market expansion. Since founding AJ Power in 2017, she has grown the company from RMB 4 million in its first year to over RMB 50 million in annual revenue today — with the company on a clear trajectory towards RMB 100 million. AJ Power now operates branch offices in Denmark, the United Kingdom, Dubai, and Pakistan, serving industrial clients across more than 20 countries worldwide.
