Yes. Custom OEM manufacturing is one of our core strengths. We produce packs in custom shapes, voltages, capacities and connector configurations. Our R&D team provides 3D design drawings within 3 days and working prototypes within 7 days of design confirmation.

Four application families make up most of our output: medical and mobility equipment such as stairlifts and medical carts; industrial AGVs and warehouse robotics; solar street lighting and off-grid utility in harsh climates; and residential and commercial energy storage. We also build for security, UAV and specialist industrial equipment on request.

Yes. We have 8 dedicated BMS engineers in-house who handle communication protocol, state-of-charge reporting, charge and discharge limits and alarm behaviour. Send us your protocol document or controller model and we will handle the integration and test the finished pack against your equipment.

ORDERS & LEAD TIMES

MOQ, samples and production.

For most custom OEM programmes the MOQ is 10 units. Standard products start from smaller quantities to support sampling and evaluation. Tell us the model and your expected annual volume and we will confirm the MOQ that applies to your project.

Standard product samples can be dispatched within 7 days. Custom OEM samples that require new tooling or a new design typically take 7 to 14 days after design confirmation.

Bulk production starts from 30 days after order confirmation, depending on cell availability and the complexity of the pack. Expedited scheduling can be arranged on request — tell us your required ship date when you enquire and we will confirm what is achievable before you place the order.

Standard terms are a 30% T/T deposit with the balance against a copy of the bill of lading, FOB Shenzhen. Alternative terms can be discussed for long-term supply programmes.

Every battery pack undergoes voltage, capacity, internal-resistance and aging-cycle testing before shipment. Cells are inspected and capacity-matched before grouping, and packs are laser-welded rather than hand spot-welded. Our automated production lines have a daily output of 1,000+ units with consistent quality monitoring, under ISO 9001 certified production throughout.

Across more than 300,000 deployed units we have recorded zero thermal runaway incidents. That record comes from cell-level incoming inspection, redundant BMS protection design and charge-discharge aging on every finished pack before it is cleared to ship.

Yes. Every pack carries a serial number that links back to its cell batch, BMS firmware version and final test record. If a unit is returned from the field we can tell you exactly what went into it and which batch it belongs to.

Yes. We provide dedicated regulatory support for UK (UKCA) and European (CE) market entry, including test reports, declaration of conformity, and REACH/RoHS compliance statements. Our team has extensive experience working with UK and European buyers.

Yes. We hold 10,000+ stocked cells in our warehouse at all times to keep supply consistent. We support long-term OEM partnerships with flexible order scheduling, dedicated account management and a 12-hour response time on enquiries.

We supply OEMs in the United Kingdom, Denmark, the United Arab Emirates and Pakistan, among others. Technical documentation can be provided in English, German, Spanish or Arabic so your own compliance and service teams can work from it directly.
